🧪 ECTRIMS Fellowship Program 2026 | Fully Funded Research in Europe
The ECTRIMS Fellowship Program 2026 offers fully funded 1–2 year postdoctoral research fellowships in Europe for scientists and physicians in multiple sclerosis (MS) research. Fellows receive €55,000 annual stipend, travel cost reimbursement, and funding to attend ECTRIMS annual congresses.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be scientists or physicians who have a degree or are currently enrolled in an MD, PhD, ScD or equivalent professional degree.
- Applicants must receive their advanced degrees before starting the fellowship.
- Applicants should not have already worked at the same institution.
- Applicants cannot work under the same supervisor again.
- Fellows should not have more than 5 years of postdoctoral experience after their final degree (PhD, MD, ScD, BSc or equivalent).
- Applicants should be under the age of 40 years.
- Applicants can be citizens of any country.
- Applicants must undertake their research training in a European research laboratory or clinic.
- Applicants who are European citizens will have to work in a laboratory or clinic located in a different European country than that of their citizenship country.
- Applicants and their mentors should not have language barriers during the training program.
- Applicants can apply only once per annual cycle, including all categories.
- Incomplete and late submissions will not be accepted.
