Applications are now open for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2026, a prestigious fully funded international fellowship for mid-career professionals from Pakistan with 8–18 years of relevant professional experience. Eligibility

  • The applicants must be Pakistani citizens with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
  • The applicants must have 16 years of formal education.
  • Applicants must have a high level of command of English writing and speaking.
  • University teachers or researchers with no management experience are ineligible to apply.
  • Professionals who have graduated from U.S. universities within the last seven years or have five years of U.S. work experience cannot apply.
  • Persons who have dual Pakistani/U.S. nationality or have a spouse, child, parent, or fiancé who is a U.S. national are ineligible to apply.
  • Employees of the organization or the U.S. Department of State are also ineligible to apply.
