Benefits

  • The fellows will get the monthly grant every month as below:
  • Professors, associate professors, research fellows, or associate research fellows will get a grant of NT $60,000/-.
  • Assistant research fellows, assistant professors, or doctoral students will get a grant of NT $50,000/-.
  • The fellows will get one round-trip economy class ticket.
  • Accident and medical insurance coverage of NT $ 1 million will be granted to the fellows.
  • Fellows will get the opportunity to visit Taiwan and learn about its culture and people.

Eligibility

  • Foreign professors, associate professors, assistant professors, post-doctoral researchers, doctorates, or doctoral students can apply.
  • Applicants should be interested in research related to Taiwan, cross-strait relations, the Asia-Pacific region, Sinology, or related policy issues.
  • Candidates, conducting research studying, or teaching cannot apply.
