Eligibility

• The scholarship is open to International students.
• For the Rhodes scholarship, you must be a citizen of one of these countries.
• Applicants to the Scholarship should have, or be about to complete, an undergraduate degree.
• Applicants must have an outstanding academic record.

• Scholars from all backgrounds can apply.
• Applicants also have to meet specific entry requirements for their chosen full-time graduate course at the University of Oxford.
