University of Twente Scholarship 2026 in the Netherlands | Fully Funded The University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) 2026 in the Netherlands offers international students a chance to pursue a Master’s degree in Europe. This prestigious Holland scholarship supports talented students to study at one of the top research universities in Europe under world-class professors.
