Eligibility

  • Applicants must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year U.S. undergraduate institution.
  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, DACA recipients, or non-citizen U.S. nationals.
  • Students must have completed at least 2 academic semesters at the time of the conference.
  • Applicants should not be scheduled to receive their bachelor’s degree in the 2026–2027 academic year.
  • Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Applicants should show commitment to public service through volunteering, activism, student leadership, or civic participation in their school or community.
