About This Opportunity

Looking for a prestigious and fully funded summer research opportunity in Asia? Applications are now open for the National University of Singapore (NUS) Amgen Scholars Program 2026. This competitive program offers an 8-week fully funded internship in Singapore, hosted at one of the top universities in the world — NUS. The internship will run from June 1 to July 31, 2026, providing international students with hands-on research experience under world-class faculty and labs. A major highlight of the NUS Amgen Scholars Program is the opportunity to participate in the Asia Symposium in Kyoto, Japan. Selected scholars will travel to Kyoto from August 3 to August 6, 2026, where they will present their research projects and connect with leading scientists, researchers, and global peers. This intercultural research exchange makes the program one of the most sought-after summer internships in Asia. The program is fully funded, covering airfare, visa fees, accommodation, meals, stipend, and transportation costs in both Singapore and Japan. Even better — there is no application fee and no IELTS or English proficiency test required. Students from all academic backgrounds and nationalities are encouraged to apply.
