About This Opportunity

Applications are now open for the UNDP Internship 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking 10 interns for the People Development Intern position. This fully paid internship is open to undergraduates, Master’s students, and recent graduates from all backgrounds and countries. The duration of the internship is six months, and there is no application fee. Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of $1000 USD and gain valuable international work experience in sustainable development, human resources, and organizational support. The UNDP internship provides an excellent opportunity to work within a global organization, develop professional skills, and build a network with experts in the field. Benefits

  • Stipend: UNDP will offer $1000/Month Stipend for Monthly Expenses.

Eligibility

  • The Internship is open to all Nationals.
  • Be currently enrolled in a graduate school program (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
  • Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent).
  • Have already graduated with a university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) and, if selected, must start the internship within one year of graduation.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of (Microsoft Office suite: PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Streams, Forms, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Knowledge of software design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Illustrator InDesign) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of online course authoring tools, such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, RISE), Captivate, and HTML5.
