Benefits

  • Round-trip airfare of up to 1500 Swiss francs for interns who are nationals of developing countries and LDCs.
  • For Undergraduates: A monthly stipend of 1,645 Swiss francs is provided to cover lodging, board, and local transportation.
  • For Graduates: A monthly stipend intended to contribute towards the cost of lodging, board, and local transportation of 2,170 Swiss francs.

Eligibility

  • The WIPO internship is open to applicants from all countries.
  • Individuals pursuing or obtaining a university degree.
  • Candidates enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program must be in their third or fourth year.
  • Graduates are eligible for the internship if they have completed their education within two years before the start of the internship.
  • Should have computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant programs.
