About This Opportunity
The Harpswell ASEAN Women’s Leadership Summit 2026 in Cambodia offers an excellent opportunity for emerging women leaders to collaborate with other young professionals from across the ASEAN region and address pressing regional challenges. Organized by Harpswell Foundation, this international leadership program is designed to empower young women by strengthening their leadership skills, expanding professional networks, and encouraging regional cooperation. For the first time, the summit will be conducted in a hybrid format that combines both virtual learning and an in-person leadership experience, making the program more accessible and impactful for participants. The online component of the program will begin in July 2026, where selected participants will join virtual sessions to meet the Harpswell team, introduce their professional backgrounds, and engage in discussions on leadership and regional issues. From July to October 2026, participants will attend bi-monthly virtual learning sessions led by experts who will discuss key social, economic, and political developments across the ASEAN region, while small collaborative groups will work together online to develop solutions for common regional challenges. The program will conclude with a one-week fully funded in-person leadership summit in Phnom Penh from October 30 to November 8, 2026, where participants will take part in workshops, seminars, lectures, site visits, and group activities designed to enhance leadership capacity and cross-cultural collaboration. The summit will feature renowned trainers and professionals from education, business, and community development sectors across Southeast Asia and beyond, providing participants with valuable mentorship, practical knowledge, and international exposure to help them become influential leaders in their communities.
