Eligibility

  • The ADB Young Professionals program is open to nationals of ADB member countries.
  • Must have completed a bachelor’s degree.
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Environment, Law, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Note that internships can count as work experience too.
  • Experience in areas related to ADB’s operations is advantageous.
  • Must be under 32 years old when joining ADB.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
