Eligibility

  • Open to the Nationals of a World Bank Group member country
  • The World Bank welcomes all qualified individuals from diverse professional, academic, and cultural backgrounds to apply.
  • Must have completed a four-year undergraduate program.
  • Master’s degree graduates can also apply.
  • A minimum of a master’s degree is required, in addition to 2 to 6 years of professional work experience.
  • If you are pursuing a doctorate, full-time doctoral research studies in a relevant field at an accredited institution may count towards the required work experience. Be sure to complete a PhD degree before September 1, 2026.
  • There is no flexibility on the age requirement.
